Chapter 20 Integration with bulk ATAC-seq

Many bulk ATAC-seq datasets exist and it can often be useful to leverage these bulk datasets during our single-cell workflows. This chapter will review the ways in which ArchR enables integration of single-cell and bulk ATAC-seq data. However, ArchR is not currently designed for the analysis of bulk ATAC-seq data alone. This is on the feature development roadmap but not currently possible.
