Recover ArchRProject if broken sampleColData/cellColData

This function will recover an ArchRProject if it has broken sampleColData or cellColData due to different versions of bioconductor s4vectors.

recoverArchRProject(ArchRProj)

Arguments

ArchRProj

An ArchRProject object.
