Get the peak set from an ArchRProject

This function gets the peak set as a GRanges object from an ArchRProject.

getPeakSet(ArchRProj = NULL)

Arguments

ArchRProj

An ArchRProject object.

Examples

proj <- getTestProject()

# Get PeakSet
getPeakSet(proj)
